Vision

At Jaipur Rugs, we try to open up all the senses to make you fall in love with the process to understand it better. Our founder, Mr. N.K. Chaudhary envisioned creating a business ashram where every member of the company is closely in tune with the Artisans. He often says “when we have too much knowledge, we carry the burden of it. Therefore, it is important to find yourself through losing yourself.” Through the sensing journey, we try to simplify the vision of the visitors by making them familiar with the village environment. We started from the village. It helped us to remember our vision and principles. Hence, to contribute to the company, the members become a part of this journey to experience, feel, unlearn and learn.

Every sense will work simultaneously to make you understand it better. While holding a yarn or by working on a loom, you’ll be using your sense of touch. Sense of sight will help to make you fall in love with the patterns and scenic yet satisfying beauty of the village. You’ll hear weaver’s inspiring stories through the sense of hearing and the most important, you’ll never forget the aroma of their home cooked meals made with love with the sense of taste and smell.

Therefore, sensing things is important! This journey aims to enable the members of Jaipur Rugs to foster productivity at the workplace through deep work, appreciation and an alignment with a higher purpose.
